Are you familiar with the paper plane cocktail?

Ingredients

• 1 oz Dampfwerk single malt whiskey

• 1 oz orange liqueur

• ½ oz Dampfwerk rabbit in the rye

• ¾ oz lemon juice

• ½ oz honey syrup

• 4 drops saline

• oregano

Directions

Shake all the ingredients with ice and strain into a glass of your choice. Smack the oregano on the back of your hand and garnish with an expressed lemon peel!

Honey syrup

1:1 ratio for this syrup. Add equal parts hot water to honey and stir to dissolve. Make sure this syrup is chilled before using.
