Pisco Sour Riff feat. Pear Brandy

Ingredients

3 oz Dampfwerk Pear Brandy

1 oz FRESH lime juice

1 oz Hibiscus syrup

Egg white

Directions

If 3 oz of a spirit is too much, do cut all the ratios in half! Also, find the recipe for the hibiscus syrup below…

Add all ingredients, sans egg white, into a shaking container with ice! Shake for 15 seconds and strain. Add your egg white and dry shake for a long time… Until you get tired. Strain into a glass of your choosing and enjoy!

Hibiscus syrup

Tea dosage: 25% more than the packaging recommends

Water dosage: follow according to package instructions

Water temp/brew time: follow according to package instructions

Heat water to boil, take off heat and steep hibiscus tea for 4 min. Strain and pour over sugar that maintains a 1:1 water (tea solution) to sugar ratio!
