DAY 1 FEAT. PEAR BRANDY

One step at a time. This is unprecedented territory for the food & beverage industry, and we thought that some virtual communication between yourself and us during this quarantine period would be a great bonding experience :D

Two things that we love about this cocktail; how it looks, and how it tastes. Case closed, hands washed, taste buds ignited. Scroll down for this simple recipe!

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz Sweet red vermouth (recommendation: Cocchi di Torino)

  • ½ oz Dampfwerk Pear Brandy

  • ½ oz Lemon juice

  • ¼ oz Simple syrup (recommendation: purchase in store or batch a 1:1 ratio of simple syrup)

  • Top with sparkling wine

  • Garnish: lemon slice

Directions

Start off with some ice in your glass, and fill it ¾ of the way up! It is also dependent on how much sparkling wine you would like to put into your drink, and how large your glass is. After the ice, pour from cheapest ingredient to most expensive, this way, if you make a mistake, you aren’t pouring out precious pear brandy!

Top with sparkling wine and garnish with a lemon slice and voila! Prost.
